Agreed. Plus, it is basically "storing" one of the three "new" (21st Century-Made) monitors.
THE NEW MONITORS I HAVE ARE:
1) In my Ms. Pac-Man. I bought it before there was ANY tube trouble.
2) Polybius. Welp, I needed a monitor! ANd they were $140. And I should have fucking bought TEN of them but I did not.
3) Nothing. I bought a ... argh, can't remember who made it, but it was "nicer" than the Visionpro. I bought it for my Spy Hunter. It would not work in Spy Hunter, so it went in Gyruss. I sold Gyruss without a monitor, as I pulled the monitor.
I am sort of hoping that I find some kick ass game for it. Like, if I get a Food Fight -- that monitor would be PERFECT. Otherwise I guess I will break down and just put it in Zoo Keeper some day.

Having perfectly-working monitors and no machines to put them in is like my bizarro arcade world. I was always living in the yang to that yin.
I have seen a couple more retro arcade games with LCD monitors in them over the past few months. I am assuming that they make some sort of wiring/conversion "thingy" that allows people to do that? I still don't like the way LCD looks (especially on classic games -- they were meant to be blurry!) but I guess if you don't have a stockpile of new monitors sitting around (read: everybody but you, haha) then I guess it's an option.
