Holy shit... Bryant tried to play the "I'M FAMOUS" card today. Nice try, rapist! Unfortunately, everyone in the NBA is famous, so your attempts at dealing with Raja Bell like he was one of the women you (forcibly) had sex with doesn't come off nearly as hurtful nor sting nearly as bad as I'm sure you think it does.

But it's nice to see the self-entitled rich kid who grew up on the hard streets of Italy awkwardly try out this "smack talk" thing he's heard so much about.

The real loser in all of this is me, as Raja Bell became my favorite basketball player right when he was suspended for the next game, giving me no incentive to watch an otherwise unwatchable sports product.

(Also, Michael Jordan would have been able to say most of what Bryant said and still come off as likeable and charismatic. It's hilarious to see Bryant so desperately try to "be" MJ like a four-year old searching for the Mortal Kombat controller code to "be" Goro with similar results.)

Oh. And Charles Barkley stating that he lost ten million dollars gambling, over the course of his career? Still came off better than Bryant.
