Eh should have been more specific I guess.

Ron paul was a gynecologist from the 1960s to the 1980s. So, like, he delivered babies and stuff. So I guess that's a good argument for why he's "pro-life"? Again, I don't have an opinion one way or the other on that issue.

Honestly, issues that probably are not a priority to others. Things like legalizing weed at the federal level
I think a lot of people care about this, I sure do. Cynically I don't know if it will ever happen so I'll settle for living in a free state and having a democrat president who won't fuck with states.

and exposing how much money goes into the black budget.
I bet the Russians know these details now.

I'm also for things like relaxing laws on nudity a bit.
Great idea. I know women can go topless in NY state due to their own agitation but sure would be great to see that everywhere.

I'd go with Ron Paul before Sanders, if anything because he's for legalization of pot and auditing the federal reserve. He's more of an "isolationist".. something I don't have a problem with at all. The main gripe I've heard about him is he's "pro-life" but I'm not a female and Ron Paul is a doctor, so I don't think my opinion on that really matters.
I thought Ron Paul was ok but the way the libertarians have chummed up with the tea party has me turned off even more than before. Honestly, I used to care more about pro-choice back when I was dating and there was a real chance that those services could be needed but now I'm in my 40's and married so it doesn't affect me personally. It is concerning though that the same people who fight pro-life also have a problem with things like fertilization services which is the only way my wife and I will get pregnant.

You're right, though, the issues you're mentioning are barely registering in the national debate.

I don't know how the Mueller thing is going to wind up, but has anyone ever acted more guilty of anything, ever? On an hourly basis?

Yes, I was gonna say there was no chance before, but Christ that's a guilty guy there in DT.

Can somebody get this fucking piece of shit out of office already? 25% tariff on tech goods from China?? What's that for, to protect our non-existent device manufacturing industry? He's going to raise phone and laptop prices for us by 25% just to seem like he's doing what he told his deplorable fucktard voters he would do? Surely congress can get together and take back this power that they have delegated to the executive branch.

There's no way he can make it past this. My understanding is that two things need to happen:

1) McConnell goes, ok, that's it. Never happen though.
2) The Republicans vote him out. They only need, what, a few of them to turn? That's got to happen. You replace McConnell, the new guy does the bare fucking minimum, we start impeachment and Trump makes a deal that maybe gets him and his kids out of prison.

Obama was weirdly against funding NASA properly. I never understood that. All the bullshit money that gets spent and NASA was the thing he had a problem with.

Oh right, I won my bet, and instead of collecting I agreed to go double or nothing on this year.

I think I've got a good shot. Last week ICJ posted "there's no way he can make it past this" and I already can't remember which horrible thing this is in reference to, so I guess he made it past that.

Maybe he could find a book depository to drive past? Kennedy was a helluva lot better president than Dick-fil-A will ever be.

Unfortunately I feel Pinner will have more OXO broth (or whatever it was) to eat.
