How To Make This Bird

Here is the bird:

If you do not WANT to make this bird, that's fine, but we will send a truck full of guys with butterfly nets to your house.

If you DO want to make this bird, it's easier than you'd ever guess.

BEN'S FAMOUS MOJO BIRD
======================

Ingredients
--------------
- A bottle of mojo.
- A bird.
- Some salt, water and olive oil.

Directions
-------------
- Remove bird from packaging, wash/pat dry, place in a plastic bag with enough mojo to cover it.
- Put in fridge for a day.
- Remove bird from marinade, pat dry again.
- Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt.
- Place in roasting pan with a cup of water at the bottom.
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place bird in oven for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 375, and cook for 20 minutes per pound. So if it's 4 pounds, you're going the original 20 minutes at 450, and then 80 minutes at 375.
- Remove, cover with foil, rest as long as you can stand it.

This bird is the best bird, so only cook this bird from now on. Thank you.

Now this sounds good!

Does this splatter at such a high heat? I just got a new fancy oven and I’m trying to keep it from getting grungy.

I do not want to make this bird. I'm already on meds and in a medical facility, so I would love to have company come by.:

I don't think you'll have a problem, but if you're worried you can just skip the 450 degree part and just leave it on 375 the whole time. The idea is to blast it to crisp up the skin, which I have middling success with, so it probably doesn't make a difference.

Pinback, you promised guys with butterfly nets would come see me if I did not want to Cook this bird. You're as bad on keeping your word as Donald Trump.
