Why don't you tip?

I mean, why have you never tipped in the past?

I don't have to say anything. I'm a doctor, too.

I'd roll up to the counter, place an order (say an upscale class burger or two, fries and a drink) about $15-20, pay for it, get my cup and have a drink or perhaps two while waiting. Then they hand me my food and I roll away. What exactly am I paying for? What have they done special that I should pay extra for? What should I be doing, go back to the grill and scrape it off myself?

When I would take someone out on a date at a nice restaurant (or when I'd patronize a nice one alone), I would pay the bill usually with my card or pay in cash at the cashier. I would leave a tip in cash on the table, not include a tip on my bill. One woman noticed I wrote zero on the bill for a tip, and she asked why. I told her that tips paid on the bill are reported to the IRS. Nobody but the server knows about cash tips.

I typically paid $3 for delivery orders.
Alan Francis wrote a book containing everything men understand about women. It consisted of 100 blank pages.

I tipped a buck for take out tonight. I felt like old me, the guy who said a week ago that he would never do that, is dead and this is a brand new me.

I let the Asian lady at the local donut shop keep my change. Does that count?
