I'm watching the Blue Jays playoff game and I have an observation about the ads. Every other commercial has some narrator telling the viewer, "You got this!!"

Clearly, the cretins making these ads come some sort of memo that such a phrase is empowering and will totally make people buy their Boston Pizza and sedans.

I think it's the most trite thing to say in the world and nobody talks like that in real life.

The Saints had a lead, wasted a great game by Drew Brees and lost it on the final drive!
