Darryl Talley was the unsung hero of those early 90s Bills teams, the ones that wen to four Super Bowls. They had linebackers with sizable reputations at the time (Cornelius Bennet, Shane Conlan) but the best player, year in and year out, was Talley.
Everybody liked this guy! He used to have Spider-Man thermal gear to keep warm.
Darryl is not doing well. He lost his business. He's suffering from all the hits he took and gave over the years. Fans have already raised $100,000 in just two days for the dude. He's depressed and feels hopeless.... but maybe this will help.
