Yeah, that season was great. I'm a big fan of all Danny McBride things and this one definitely manages to hit some new buttons with its fantastic cast.

The season 2 finale was tonight. Up until the credits rolled, it was still the best show on TV, but I guess it's not on TV anymore until next season so it's no longer eligible.

My life is a joyless slog through routine and responsibility from sun-up to sun-down, and as I was finishing my evening's chores and my wife started picking out the night's viewing, I realized it was Monday, which is when the Gemstones are on, and I felt genuinely happy and excited about something for the first time since I can recall.

Four stars.

I do like Danny McBride. Okay. I'm in!

Is it better than The Little Rascals?

Danny McBride show about John Goodman as the head of a megachurch and his dysfunctional family. Hilarity and violence ensues. His kids are three of the best comic actors I've ever seen.

It feels very much like a Coen brothers thing, even though it's not. But Danny McBride does a good Coen bros. impression.

What is this one about? There are multiple threads about shows I have never heard of and nobody is dropping graphics, so now I gotta ask questions and get answers.
