I believe Mr. Cecil might be going for "ironic." I dunno. He does get batters out, so something must be working!

Is this a hangover from that Major League movie? Do pitchers think that's a cool look?

I don't know who that guy is, but I'm guessing all the "big hitters" (pardon the pun) can afford Lasik.

I bought the cheapest glasses I could find, for $60, no insurance, just to get me by. I will now post a screenshot with my impression of what they look like:

Man, that didn't take them long. Youtube is a MESS.

I have a better quality version on my HD (I think YouTube compressed it or something). Also I already got an email from YouTube that said your video contains copyrighted material and that I don't need to delete it but they have the right to put ads on top of it.

I am going to make sure I download this so that MLB doesn't try to make a claim to take it down, or Elvis Andrus (whom you know as The Guy That Doesn't Catch Anything).

I feel like we all learned a little more about baseball today, Jonsey.

"And for the Rangers, Osuna this is over the better."

Jesus Christ, dying over here, ahahahahaah

Having listened to thousands of baseball games, I can say without hesitation or reservation that this is the greatest, funniest commentary of a game I have ever heard. I will be posting this everywhere so the rest of the world can enjoy it when I get home.

FLACK WINS!!!!!

Here you go:

I think the audio track is off by half a second but this is my real time reaction to the video.

Whatever is easiest. Is audio easier? I think audio is easier but you are also a perfectionist. I defer to the maestro here.

A lot of it is pauses in play because of the sheer amount of crazy shit going on. I have never, ever seen anything like it in all my years watching baseball.
Would you like an audio commentary or a text-based one?

by Ice Cream Jonsey » Tue May 17, 2016 9:07 pm

No, I say that he is 5% blameful.

So if 11% is one game and I think he is 5% the problem, then he needs to be suspended to where he can come back right before the second out takes place in the 4th inning.

Unfortunately, this means we need some precogs.

(Though with the way the Blue Jays have been playing lately, none of this really matters.)

by pinback » Tue May 17, 2016 7:15 pm

So you're stance is that he's blameless.

by Ice Cream Jonsey » Tue May 17, 2016 6:03 pm

Yes, but it's still bullshit because he didn't do anything wrong.

by pinback » Tue May 17, 2016 1:59 pm

So now we have an answer. Jose Bautista was 11% to blame.

We good? Good.

I think that would be the greatest thing ever.
If you can provide me a link, I would be up for this.

I think game 2 is Wednesday night, but I'll double check on that for ya.
OK. This is a link to the inning last year. It's a 60 minute video, but everything you need to see is in the first 40 minutes.

Looks like tommorrow night for Thunder / Warriors game 2! I'll make a new thread for it.

I also admit Bautista is not "blameless", since 100% of all this nonsense started with his punk-ass showboating.
The league agreed with you. Jose got one game, Odor got 8 and a few other guys got punishments, too.
