Yeah, just wasn't their year. But cripes, a power play that has access to Amonte, Roenick, Leclair, Gagne, Recchi and Primeau shouldn't go 0-17 in a series, and if it does, they don't deserve to win.
If only Philadelphia Flyer fan expressed his or her or its displeasure during such power plays! If only they... oh, I don't know! Booed or something! Yes! Negative reinforcement, I'd call it! Ha-HA!
Ah, I can't even work up the strength to be angry. At least they caved in the Maple Leafs -- otherwise the Usenet group for the Flyers would be 100 times more of a cesspool right now than it currently is (whenever the Flyers lose their playoff series, it's usually good to keep off that group for a little while).
