15 people moving about would be pushing it, I think. There was, to my untrained eye, a lot of "clutter".... but maybe all that stuff was for sale? In which case it was inventory. :)

That's a unique layout idea for the machines down the side. They're almost like little pods that you step in front of, play a game, and then exit.
