The owner of the New England Patriots is just trolling us now.

He thinks the owners "lucked out" in getting what is easily the most incompetent commissioner in the history of professional sports:
“I think we really lucked out with him as commissioner,” Kraft said. “I think Roger, once he assumed this position, really runs the NFL like he owns it and thinks like an owner.”
This is wrong, and Kraft is a piece of shit for saying it. That's not my opinion, it's fact. Yeah, the owners "lucked out" in getting a guy who couldn't facilitate an agreement with the refs before the season started. Lucky!!!

They could hire Bashir Al-Assad, the President of Syria, then they really would have the worst human alive running the team. Plus, he'd save them lots of money, because if a player wasn't doing as well as he thought they should, he'd have them killed, thus allowing the team to get out of expensive contracts!

I liked this quote about how the previous season ended. The context is the light going out during the Super Bowl:
Wanna blame somebody? Blame Roger. And I say that with 100% sincerity. Blame Roger for the fact that, to whatever extent Super Bowl 47 was a disaster, it was a fitting end to the 2012 NFL season. The season of deliberately manufactured competitive imbalance, incompetent scab officials, the continuing pussification of the game, the increasingly arbitrary application of the goddamn rules (whatever they might be this week) and on and on like that. If last night was in any way some kind of so-called travesty, then it was well-deserved, given that the whole fuckin' 2012 season was a complete fuckin' travesty to begin with.
It was absolutely the dumbest season.

Can 2013 find a way to get worse?
