Subtle mix of cutesy Japanese Pop and soft electronica, Kyrary manages to make music, craft a sound that is neither gimmicky nor blatantly as glossed as the majority of the idol bands that have inhabited the shores of Nippon since the 80's. Though the music is an acquired taste, the imagination and thought behind the visuals is nearly appalling to the normal eye because of its extreme range of symbolism and near sarcastic tone.
So right... Fashion magazine diva turned into the personified and nearly sarcastic carticture of other more sugarified idol singers, she at least carriers her sound, music, her message in a way that doesn't instantly make one wish to shove a punch die through an ear drum.
