Ben, I have a couple of things to say.
First, I hadn't realized how much older you've gotten; the fact you've lost so much hair has surprised me. If you hadn't mentioned it was you I might not have recognized you.
Second, every version of Windows since probably 2000 or XP has included Windows Movie Editor and you should use it; I did when I made my videos. The part where you stopped to drink water should have been cut.
As per your review, I'll say that I hope it is released to some 2D form at some point; I'm blind in one eye and I can't see effects in 3D. If it only works in 3D I'll be disappointed in that I can't watch it.
You also might want to consider writing out what you're going to say, then read from the script. It often allows you to be sure you hit all the points and cut the excess material. What you want to do is make the video no longer than it needs to be. You're fighting millions of other videos, if you say what you need to say succinctly - unless you're doing a complicated subject, like the one I did explaining the Electoral College - you're more likely to attract a bigger audience. I'll show you mine:

I mean, when I do a video I often cut many pieces out to tighten and clarify what I am saying, and at that, now, I'm thinking I could probably cut further and be even more concise.
