(Actually, in all seriousness, the higher seed getting the ball first in overtime is marginally better than a coin flip. But both teams ought to be able to run at least one offensive play from scrimmage.)

I agree; it should have gone to the Saints for having the higher regular-season seed. Additionally, it's a good thing Adrian Peterson wasn't asked to pick the coin up from the ground afterwards and hand it to the ref, as we'd still be waiting for him.

Gotta point. I like that silent auction thing Jones was mentioning a while ago. Three referee reviews and fifteen minutes later.....No difference. There has to be a way to make the refs better. Or at least take all the camera judges away.
