So, Monte Kiffin is leaving Tampa Bay.
I say this with the utmost respect, as someone who got to see one of the greatest offensive minds in his division (Bill Walsh), followed by one of the greatest defensive minds (Monte Kiffin) after the divisions re-aligned: GOOD! Meaning, Kiffin is the only co-ordinator I can think of that belongs in the hall of fame.
(It goes without saying, that he once coached the Saints' defense, and they let go of him. It goes without saying that, right? Right.)
Anyway, he wants to work with his son, at a college program, and that is awesome.
