Jays is a little less erm... sketchy since it was remodeled part of the popularity derives from the fact that it's 24 hours. Other 24 hour restaurants in Rochester include Gitsis and Marks on Monroe Avenue. There are one or two IHOPs kicking around but I'm not 100 percent sure that they are 24-7. Princess was, but is no more (alas, alack). As for the seafood/clam chowder at any of the above mentioned establishments... I would feel more comfortable eating a slightly used PB & J sandwich discarded by a strange 7 year old.
