THE MISSION:
Bugs got an e-mail read on the Jim Rome show. We should all compete to see who is the SPORTS COLUMN MASTER.
THE RULES:
Between now and December 31st, 2006 your mission is to get into as many of the following mailbags as possible:
THE JIM ROME SHOW : An e-mail will suffice. The address is
rome@haveatake.com. This is worth TEN POINTS.
PETER KING'S FOOTBALL COLUMN: You can use this link:
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/w ... index.html . This is worth EIGHT POINTS.
BILL SIMMONS'S MAILBAG: Right here:
http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/st ... /sportsguy . This is worth SEVEN POINTS.
DR. Z:
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/w ... ref=si_nfl . This is worth SIX POINTS.
ROB NEYER:
rob.neyer@dig.com . This is worth FIVE POINTS.
CHRIS BAHR: Uh... I can't find a free column he writes. If someone gives me this info, this is worth FOUR POINTS.
OTHER LOCAL MERT: If you manage to get into a local mailbag, like the Toronto Blue Squatter's minor league lacrosse column that counts, too. You can get ONE POINT.
Additional:
If you use your real name then great. If you use a non-obvious alias then you have to tell us. For instance, if John Pinback, Delarion Yar or James "Flea" Bugs gets a letter posted then we can assume that it was you who did it. You do have to tell us before it gets posted, if it is a non-obvious alias.
Bugs is currently in the lead with his ten point e-mail to Rome.
