They don't realize that the base 12 mil is already spent in charities and world-building projects. He needs the extra two mil to feed his family.

He needs two more million reasons to stay alive, is what I think.

This is really somewhat vile. Does this seem vile to anyone? I know it's bush to go all "Oh those rich fucking athletes", but... really. Underappreciated because they'll only pay you more money per year than 99.99% of everyone will ever have in their entire lifetime?
