That website took votes from the people on the Awful Forums. It was a response to Rolling Stone's Top 500 list of a few years ago which was horribewl.
I switched my 10 votes up a little from the same list I posted here a few years ago. But I'm sure everyone can hilariously identify a few of my selections sitting all along by themselves, one vote and only one vote to them.
