He clicked in where he meant to reply, Typed
, replied, and left that little tail end!

I'd like to take this time to remind you what kind of DVD menus MPGs have: None.

I recall that that movie should have been much, much better than it was. I apologize if I am repeating myself when I say that last summer I hit the "drive-in" a lot and ended up catching some truly horrible movies. But man, that drive-in is just cool. AvP was one of the ones I saw.

I don't think it was quite dusk when they started showing it. AvP was a dark movie, not in content, but in terms of lighting. So the earth wasn't really pitching in and doing its part to provide a comprehensible viewing experience.

That being said, aren't there like thousands of Alien and Predator fanboys? THAT script was the best they could do? Everybody, when it comes right down to it, is Uwe Boll.

A Chinese bootleg of Cowboy Bebop actually showed the entire ending scene of the series (SPIKE DIES HAHAHA).

No, not really but the idea seems lovely in a bastardized "You have better things to be doing" sort of way. Here... "EVERYONE DIES AT THE END. GO FOR A WALK FAT ASS."
I agree but its not just DVDs.

I remember the Alien vs. Predator trailer showcasing the only good scene of the entire movie, where a whole "FRIGGIN PYRAMID BLOWS EVERYONE UP" and I didn't see it for that exact reason, plus the rest of the movie sucked horribly. THANK THE HOLLYWOOD MARKETTING MACHINE FOR SAVING ME NINE BUCKS!

DVD Designers are the worst people in America

I can't fucking stand DVD designers. There was one on the Straight Dope Message Board years ago who used to chime in to DVD threads with his worthless, craven opinions about how, WOE IS HE, all the decisions that everyone hated, regarding DVDs, were the work of the client and he was just this poor artist, constantly getting crushed under a huge corporation's thumb. Meanwhile, it takes me 30 seconds of first-person perspective cruising over a bible to change submenus on "Dogma."

That being said, Dayna and I plowing through 24 DVDs. We're in Season Two. I don't want to spoiler anything for you people, so I'll use a metaphor.

Let's say that Mickey Mouse runs a starship and that he's the Captain. And through 5 discs Donald has been inching his way towards the Captain's chair.

Well, I suppose that in the menu for disc six you wouldn't fucking put a picture of Donald sitting in that chair as part of the title menu! Motherfuckers! Fuggin' drive 100 miles, put in an honest day's work, deal with the DMV and I come home to this.

...

... RAGE!!!!
