I told you I'd fly out for a weekend. How am I supposed to get around if I don't know the cool places to avoid?

Case in point. When I moved $2000 of rocks and twigs out of Dayna's storage locker we went to her favorite Thai place. Some old, conceited guy walks in and says, "YOUR BEST TABLE, PLEASE." That guy would get a zero out of zero. Out of five, I mean. No, wait, his shittiness being undefined fits more.

Anyway, I need to know these things. Please continue.

Playa Del Rey, California is famous for many things. Chief among these things is the fact that it's the only place I've ever been happy in my entire stupid life. Also, there is an ocean there. But mainly, Playa is famous for its many placez, which you can go to, and then eat something there.

In an effort to provide you with the most extensive guide to this town which I know none of you will ever, ever be in, I present to you:

PINBACK REVIEWS THE PLACEZ!!

All placez will be ranked on a scale of 0 to 5 obnoxious jackasses talking on their cellphones about some callback they're waiting for.

PLACE: Bistro Del Sol
LOCATION: Southwest corner of Culver & Vista Del Mar
DESCRIPTION: Small "French" "Bistro".
WHAT I DONE HAD THERE: I enjoyed a "Croque Monsieur" there for my very first meal in town, the day after I arrived. It was, amazingly, the very first croque monsieur I'd ever had in my life. It was also very tasty! But what's not to like about a ham and cheese sandwich with jizz sauce on it?
FOOD: Good (but later badmouthed by the help at Mo's)
AMBIANCE: Almost none.
PRICE: Okay
RATING: Three out of five obnoxious jackasses talking on their cellphones about some callback they're waiting for.

PLACE: The Shack
LOCATION: Northwest corner of Culver & Vista Del Mar, behind Cantalina's.
WHAT I DONE HAD THERE: The "famous Shack cheeseburger"! A burger fam---

Wait.

Hold on.

This post is stupid. Why the hell would anyone care about restaurants they're never going to see or eat at? They wouldn't, of course.

(The burger was good, though. It had a sausage on it! I'm never having a burger again without it's got some sort of pork product on it.)
