That's about two hours of original program and four hours of saying the same thing over and over again with dramatic pauses in between the repetition.
So...it's MSNBC then.

Don't like Rome, he delays Don and Mike. They could be on 8 hours live instead of only 4.

Hilarious.
Yeah, but the Steve Czabin (?) show has not been picked up. And I think that's a better show than Romey anyway.

Very upsetting. I used to like driving home at seven from Longmont to the Fort during autumn right before it got cold and checkin' that show out and low-low-LOLLing.

Thanks for ruining that, Liberal maggots! Hope Bush gets re-elected!

Jim Rome has been picked up by 950 AM ("The Fan"), 10 AM - 1 PM.

Hilarious.

No, Sportsradio 950 'The Fan' is worse. In 2 hours I listened to a bunch of guys call in, give shout-outs to their peeps, and be all like !don't be raggin' on my Broncos, knowwhatI'msayin'?!

I like 630 KHOW myself.

Two words: Rush Limbaugh and T. J. Maxwell.
Those of us who work appreciate it on replay.
You said YOURSELF that their replay schedule was such that you end up hearing the exact same part of the show during both your morning and evening commutes. Do you appreciate THAT?
Well, we would except for the fact that the two times I'm in the car (noon and five) they play the same fucking block. Hurf!! I know I already mentioned it, but still.
LOL! Look, you just said it again! (I didn't even read down that far while I was replying! LOL!)

No! The point misses YOU!

It's not good that Air America is on 760. It IS good that "The Zone" is off 760.

And I LIKE Jim Rome. But one thing you do NOT want to do with a show that has a host that repeats himself for at least 1/3 of the show's running time is repeat the entire show on the same day. That's about two hours of original program and four hours of saying the same thing over and over again with dramatic pauses in between the repetition.

You've both terribly missed the point.

It's not good that Air America is on 760. It IS good that "The Zone" is off 760.

Sports radio itself is a giant steaming load, but of all the sports stations I've heard all across this country (and I've heard literally tens and tens of them), 760 was, by a substantial margin, the absolute worst I have ever heard.

The absolute worst.

And that was the best thing on the station!

Shit like that makes me embarassed to be a liberal. Thank Christ I'm registered Green Party.

For those not picturing this, imagine a 40 minute long montage of various misquotes or oops's or bad pronounciations or proven quoted untruths, breakitdown style, over songs like "War" and "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off". I hate shit like that; this and all those stupid flash animations creators showing dead bodies while Bush says 'oops!' and the people that think it's hilarious should be force fed a Washington Post before they enter the polls. If you need a gimmick to make a point, you shouldn't even be allowed access to media outlets.

You couldn't be more wrong if you tried. Jim Rome has the best talk radio show and the fact that they play him twice rather than their utterly laughable local losers made that station remotely listenable. Of course, those fucking morons still played the same block at 12:00 that they did at 5:00, which takes two seconds of consideration before realizing how goddman stupid that is.

I'm glad you provided a link to that awful, awful, awful Liberal propaganda site. They had 40 minutes of programming that they played for well over 72 hours. HURR HAHA HURR BUSH SAID "OOPS!" I have NEVER in my miserable life heard a more infantile set of garbage in my life.

I WILL be voting Republican straight ticket because of them.

760 The Zone

The happiest day of my life!

760 The Zone (760 AM) in Denver has been KILLED! No more "Stout & Watkins" (?!) No more Rush Limbaugh twice a week! No more Jim Rome repeated seventeen times a day because they had no other programming to put on! And better still, NO MORE OF THE UNCTUOUS T. J. MAXWELL!!!

The replacement is an Air America Radio station, a network dedicated primarily to getting the word out that George W. Bush cannot pronounce words properly. In other words, a hundredfold improvement.

Whatever. It's so rare that anything good happens in the cesspool of radio, that it's all I can do to contain tears of joy from literally BURSTING forth from my face and clogging up the chicklet keys of this laptop computer.
