I'm not exactly certain what document he is referring to. Seriously, I've written literally
thousands of pages and picked up lots of texts from others. I can guess what I think he is referring to, and, of course, he's being sarcastic. It was clearly a satirical explanation of "how to get a girl to fuck you." Basicaly, it was a clearly ridiculous parody explanation of manipulating her to be alone with her and tricking her into having sex. I don't remember much as it was probably 30 years ago, other than it being hilarious. Even my sister thought it was obviously meant as a parody of a "how to" document.
I got it off a BBS circa 30-35 years ago, and a quick Google search turns up nothing relevant, so it might be it did not cross over to the Internet, so it just disappeared into to the oblivion of things lost to history.
