~12,600 messages seems a little early to start doing wholesale pruning, IMHO.

If you have 800,000 messages - OK, maybe it's time to archive a dead base. But not 12,000.

One programming note:

With the realization that Pinback is little more than a bunch of dried out sticks and bones being picked over by vultures in the Great American Desert, the base destruction has been temporarily delayed.

In the event that Ben was, you know, just at a wedding or something (LOL!) destruction will proceed as planned, which was as I said before: not at all.

Either way, the true winners are those of us who enjoy the consumption of CONTENT.

Berthilda's Castle has now broken clear of the field, and is looking more and more like our eventual "winner".

Anything can happen between now and 8/13, of course, but you might wish to head on over to the Castle and maybe make some final statements, or reminisce about the good times we had on that base, during its final days.

I was always under impression that Jolt Country was ICJ's. How the hell does pinback get to decide who gets voted off? BUt I guess ICJ is that great a man that he can sit back like Big Eddie (Or God to you mortals) and say do as you wish for I shall strike down upon thee.....
