It depends on what is more famous, the song name or the artist. Stairway to Heaven, Bohemian Rhapsody, Smells like Teen Spirit all stand on their own and could be mentioned first but less well known songs should be proceeded by the artist so people can relate.

When I've used a song quote in my tag line, it's always been Artist, [i]Title[/i] with the title in italics. So I decided to ask, which do you think is right? Title or group/performer first, and quotes or italics for the title.

When WatchMojo.com does one of their frequent song review clips on YouTbe, they use Title, Artist (and since it's spoken, i don't know if it would have been quoted or italicized. So people can differ.
