Chinese Blues

Post by Flack »

I planned on typing up a long post about last night's dinner, but I'll just sum it up instead.

It really sucks when your old favorite Chinese drive-thru changes owners and you don't find out until you're at the window ordering and it hits you that your favorite place is gone and you just paid for a meal that's probably gonna suck.

And it did.

:/

RIP old Hunan Express.

Have you seen the Loveboat episode yet where they go to Shanghai? "Jumbo Seafood" looks pretty awesome. Apparently still in business with more than one restaurant now but the looks of it.

Haha, I haven't got to that one yet. I'm about 2/3 the way through season one. Holy crap, are there a lot of episodes!

heh-heh. Yeah I figured it's one of the later episodes because Vickie (the captains daughter) has grown boobs.

Oh yeah, her....Didn't she start out all annoying and insufferably cutesy, like the Olsen twins on Full House?

It's been many a year since pants hit ankles for that one.
