Jiza's Fried Pork Chops & Apples

Ingredients

- 4-6 raw porkchops (Thin, thick, bone-in, boneless.. doesn't matter.)
- 3-6 apples (I used red gala but just about any type of slightly tart apple will do.)
- Half a stick of butter
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rubbed sage (optional)

Directions

1. Cut apples and set them aside. I leave the peels on. That's up to you.
2. Season chops with salt, pepper, and a tad of rubbed sage if you want. Fry chops in a little vegetable oil or whatever you prefer until done or ALMOST done (about 8-10 minutes)
3. Remove chops from pan and cover with foil
4. Throw butter in pan and let it melt. It should be bubbling, but NOT smoking. Turn back heat if necessary.
5. Throw apples in pan. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
6. Stir often until they start to get tender and sprinkle a little more cinnamon.
7. Throw chops back into frying pan. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes.
