For the love of your family don't do any of that. If heartburn is your problem in the 21st century you take zegrid or just a spoonful of baking soda on water with cheaper prilosec capsule. Tacos shit will kill you and smell worse. Also gaviscom liquid stops heartburn best.

So you don't need Google, the sodium bicarbonate changes stomach ph enough to help long recognized omeprazole work better.
