It was meant to be a tragedy.
In that respect, sir, you have failed hilariously.

I have had my usual physical and various tests with my doctor (Dr. Michael Mitchell of Alexandria, VA) at the time I went in to him for a cardiac stress test BEFORE I went to see Dr. Tee. All of my medical conditions are okay except I need to get my blood sugar down.

At the rate it's going, you're going to kill me from laughing to death from your over-the-top hilarious parody comments about me long before any medical conditions invoke an audience with The Grim Reaper.

Keep up the good work, and of course, fuck you very much.

I'm glad to see that you are taking the necessary steps to getting your health back in order! Keep it up!

So, Tuesday the 20th he said he was mailing our money back. Yesterday was the 29th and we don't have a check. I emailed him and he said his accountant put it in the mail. It doesn't take 9 goddamn days for a check to make it across Denver, so he's either lying or incompetent. Now I have to go, in person, over to his business to get my goddamn money back.

Let us know when you have your money before we hack the site.

This year's competition has inspired me to learn Inform so that I can finally fulfill my dream of making a text adventure that mercilessly attacks Paul, and then publish it on the IFDB. Please let me know if you would like to see me make this game. I will commit to making it as long as at least one forum member agrees that this is a good idea.

Thank you.

Forget I just mentioned that, I just reread my transcript, and even if I managed to write a completely bug free game in I7, there's about as much of a chance of the IFDB allowing it on their site as there is ICJ turning Jolt Country into a dark web red room. Sorry.

I happened to come across this thread by accident, and I wanted to ask, because you never finished the thread. Jonsey, it's been three years and 11 months, did you ever get your money back?

Yes. It was one of those situations where my wife attempts to be nice to people and then I get sick of it and snap and was ready to act like a deranged, unhinged lunatic. (But in this case it didn't get that far.)

I called the guy out on lying about sending it before and he ran the "loser's gambit" of problems at me - his wife was leaving him, his business is a mess, his kids aren't talking to him, etc. etc. I told the guy that he either sends the money to me electronically immediately or I'm driving over to his office and he can write me a check personally. Within 5 minutes he sent the money electronically. It didn't get to the crazy part.

I forget who we paid to get the bathroom done in that house. Whoever we hired did a great job, which I guess is why they aren't in this thread.
