I had eggs on toast for breakfast.

We're hitting the Indian buffet for lunch.

Dinner is pork burgers.

I do not foresee much progress today.
I don't have to say anything. I'm a doctor, too.

Wel, it's 1:46PM. I've had:

4 cups of Coffee with stevia and Coffeemate French Vanilla.
1 banana
1 homemade sub consisting of five slices of salami, some grated mozzerella cheese and a dash of mayo.
1 of those individually wrapped bites of Snickers from the candy jar out front.

This is all less than ideal, especially the Mayo.

Not sure if I had any exercise, but I sweated my balls off riding the motorcycle to work and the new house over lunch, and really, water weight still counts when I hop on the scale tomorrow.

In all seriousness, this should be fine because I will have a light supper.

Welp, I had my eggs on toast, we hit the Indian buffet, I snacked all afternoon, and then had a giant pork burger for dinner.

297.0 (2.6 pounds lighter).

I have no idea how this works.

Finishing up yesterday:

1 apple
1 plain cheeseburger from Sonic
1 small order of tater tots from Sonic
2 more bite size Snickers (individually wrapped)
1 Oreo. (Took a package of six from work, ate one, threw the rest away because I sickened myself.)

Exercise:

Went up and down the Hope Depot
Moved Polybius downstairs
Moved a bunch of shit from one location to another at the new house

Sleep:
From 10:30PM to 6:00AM and I was very tempted to stay up till midnight playing Serpent in the Staglands. But I didn't. For you. For us.

Start: 219.6
Today: 220.0
Goal: 209.8

No sugar today in my coffee. I'll have vegetables for dinner and try to walk to the new house. If I do that I should be under my starting weight.

I didn't do any of that. Had another sub for lunch. Those fun packs of CHEETOS and LAYS. I had 3 bites of candy during the day, some 40 calorie soft drink at work and then because we needed a "quick dinner" I went to this awesome Mexican place I like that gets you the food in five minutes.

CURRENT: 220.2
STARTING: 219.6
GOAL: 209.8

In my defense I was told my girlfriend was going to dinner with her dad, then they didn't, so we went out. I will walk to the new house tonight and try to have soup for supper. Jesus. It was a lot easier to be smug in this thread before I became a part of it.

I didn't get a chance to update when I woke up today.

STARTING: 219.6
CURRENT: 219.4
GOAL:209.8

Finally some progress! It wasn't looking like good odds when I got home last night. A co-worker brought in thin crust pizza for everyone for lunch. I had saag paneer for dinner. Jesus!

But then we thought Frobozz had gotten out of the new house. So I spent an hour active looking for him. That little butter swiper! Ha! Ha ha! Everything happens for a reason.

I also got a good night's sleep for the first time in ages last night.

So we're back on track.

By the way - I am eating like a stuck pig. I would be able to meet my goal in a week if I simply ate vegetables for lunch and dinner. One week of doing that (while still doing house moving and repairs) and I'd be through with this. That is frustrating. I need to get to Safeway and plan 21 meals for one week and end this already.

Ben, you had better be on your toes, I'm only about 45 pounds heavier than you, and I had a big diarrhea movement last night. (One of the drugs they have me on is metaformin for diabetes, and as I told the doctor, I stopped taking metaformin over a year ago because it gives me "shotgun diarrhea.")

I ain't even trying that hard and I'm giving you a run for your money! (Come to think of it, maybe I'm giving you a runs for your money!)

SHOTS FIRED.

119.6 I ate some meals, then I pooped them out, but it seems like I might have gotten some nutrition on the way.

Man, at this rate Paul is gonna be thinner AND funnier than me.

Straw, I might be going for the high score soon.

Anyone got any kids they're not particularly fond of?

I volunteer every single fucker on my morning commute.

120.4, although that seems to be mainly poop, I still suspect I've gained a little.

I moved stuff all weekend in the hot sun. Good!

I ate... poorly this weekend. An entire 2 liter of Hawaiian Punch. Subs, a little pizza, a few chicken wings. I would have been finished if I ate sensibly over the weekend, but I didn't.

STARTING: 219.6
CURRENT: 219.4
GOAL:209.8

So I did all that work and ended up the same. Should be better today as I went grocery shopping and got a week's worth of real food without a bar code.

I'm technically not part of this Fatass Challenge but they just weighed me on the Shark Scale. No clothes -just a diaper - and I took a leak a few minutes ago. So it's the same method as the other times, and this is the current result:

348.4

This is amazing.

So everyone who needed to lose gave up but me and Paul. Great. Great job, everyone.

I hope you all enjoyed this thread because it is the last one the BBS will ever see. It will be June forever.

Why do I feel the appropriate response to this is "that's what she said."

While this is technically correct, I am still soldiering on! Tomorrow I am considering the heady delights of two cheeseburgers; and perhaps, PERHAPS... a shake.

A dietician spoke to my brother once, and told him, that if you eat in moderation then you can have a little of everything.

They had a cookie sale here, and i had some. Not a lot, (2 oatmeal raisin and 2 chocolate chip) just a taste and it was the only time I broke my diet all month, an excuse to celebrate losing over 40 pounds.

If you're trying to diet, and you slip, just accept it as being human, live with it, try not to repeat, then soldier on.

What surprises me is you have seem to have forgotten or (for reasons of decorum, something I probably lack) failed to mention you have something else at your house that you could be riding, that would provide significant (and much more) exercise, and as you have indicated you don't have to have a license to ride her.
