Might we actually see the 230s next week?! We might!

(But we probably won't. This was the weekend Clash and I agreed at the beginning of 2018 not to drink until.)

(Until.)

Not bad after the events of the previous weekend, which shall not be discussed.

In the future, why not just call them "Lord Voldemort weekends"?

I don't get that reference, sorry Paul.

In the Harry Potter series (books and movies), Tom Riddle, otherwise known as Lord Voldemort, is so feared that when Lord Valdemort is referred to, even in the (magic world) newspapers, he is referred to as "He Who Shall Not Be Named."

This is a series of books you have written? Like the Unchained Man?

Jonsey, if you really think I wrote the Harry Potter series, please go get a gun, load it,put the barrel in your mouth and pull the trigger. Nobody that stupid deserves to live.

This may be a surprise to the six-hundred pound man, but not everything is supposed to go into people's mouths.

I'm imagining one of those talk show "man on the street" segments, in which random millenniums are asked who wrote the Harry Potter books. Some people get it right and some get it wrong, but you sure don't want to guess Paul's name... although come to think of it, especially during sweeps week, that would get amazing ratings.

Friday, 3/23/2018: 242.0 (+1.0)

I have no explanation for this. I don't know. I haven't eaten anything. Man, the 240s are a bitch.

This is pretty amazing, actually. Looking at the first page, you were 317 at one point.

Not all that long ago, neither, relatively speaking.

At some point you are going to hit a wall in your progress because of your slower metabolism from aging and will have to get serious about strength training if you want to progress any further. What you did was a great start but is unsustainable, you'll either end up in the hospital or breaking your diet entirely.

That makes a lot of sense, since everyone who does strength training is 240+ pounds.

"UNSUNSTAINABLE!" - everyone, after 300, 290, 280, 270, 260, 250...

If you ever want to meet a lot of experts on why your weight-loss plan doesn't work, lose a lot of weight.

DOESN'T do strength training. Why can't I edit posts anymore, asshole?

Because if you're too stupid to proof-read your post, everyone should know you are a lazy fuck. It's not that hard to understand.

The end goal is normally weight training plus eating like a normal human being, there's a reason why you never hear about somebody who successfully maintained a crash diet for decades.
