How many times have we bailed you out of a bad situation? 3? 6? 12?
As far as I know, any assistance I got I provided value for.
I'm just saying. ONCE in your life, you could do something for the man that has brought you so much joy.
Ha Hahahaha Ha Hahaha Hee Hee Ha Hahahaha that is so ridiculous as to be laughable.
Don't you think of the welfare of others, ever?
Yes, I have an 11-week-old cat I provide food, water, a warm bed and attention. I have a housemate to whom I have loaned more than $600 in order to help him out in addition to paying part of his rent. I'm essentially maxed out on one of my credit cards until I have been repaid. I do not have any money to do this and as yet no one has shown me where I owe him anything.

Friday, 1/19/2018: 255.7

On the one hand, it's hard to believe I'm only down 22 from the start of this thread, which seems like years ago. On the other hand, if you look where I ultimately started from last year, I'm down over 60. So, good times.

At the end of the week, I like to weigh as much with clothes on as I did without them the previous week. Try to "lose your clothes" every week, that's my strategy.

Since the malicious leg malady has left you hobbled, have you subbed in any other form(s) of exercise, or is this renewed weight loss spurred on by diet alone?

Friday, 2/2/2018: 248.4 (-4.4)

Or somewhere around there. I tried several times and the scale gave varying reporting, but 248.4 was the one that kept coming up most often, and was at the high-end of what it was reporting, so let's just go with that. Whatever, the number's coming down.

It would be interesting if ICJ could add an additional picture of you in Cyberganked before the game gets released. It would be neat to memorialize your weight loss, could give you some added motivation to really drop those pounds to get the best possible picture, as well as create some interesting plot twist or even just a simple gag going from obese pinback in one picture to a skinnier pinback later on? Or even have them in reverse chronological order so you first get introduced to the skinny pinback and the loss of internet has caused you to binge eat and then you get the obese pinback later on?

I would like to note that Paul, who has been provably incorrect about every single thing he's ever posted here, had the unmitigated audacity to rename the post titles, "The Jonsey Idiot Thread" in a post where he took my obviously-intentional attempt at turning Quell into food, medicine and/or something you can subscribe to as total seriousness.

Friday, 2/9/2018: 248.0 (-0.4)

I suspect last week was a falsely low reading, whereas this was verified only hours later by a doctor, so let's go with this.

This week I will be taking a break from the hardcore dieting, which doesn't mean cheeseburgers and beer all day, it just means, I want to add a little more chow to my daily intake, because I find that while the pounds are dropping, I am just super-fuckin'-tired all the time.

So, I'll have a hummus pita for lunch or some shit, perhaps a scrambled egg for breakfast, and see if it helps with my energy levels, and how much it hurts the weight-loss game.

Between the two I'd recommend the hummus pita.

Even as their sworn Enemy, it is impossible to deny their tastiness and preparation ease. Therefore, I vote eggs.

That's good, I had a little two-egg omelet for breakfast yesterday in fact! Mmm-mm! By the way, you're all making omelets wrong, but we can take that to the cooking base.

Friday, 2/16/2018: 248.6 (+0.6)

Welp, for all of my eating exploits this week, I bumped up a half pound.

That'll do it for the "eating" portion of our program.

What about fasting 2 days every week? I've heard things about that.

It wasn't on the cover of Woman's World either.

I semi-fasted on Thursdays for a while (nothing until dinner), which was good. However, I eat like a fuckin' rabbit during the day anyway, so I figure, it's enough torture, alright? It's enough.
