You know, that would be a great gimmick for virtual pinball tables. Give them away for free, except each time you launch the free version something else breaks. And the broken things are cumulative, so the first time maybe a light burns out, but the second time the light's burned out AND a bumper doesn't work, so on and so forth. Then with the free version you could have the option of fixing things or leaving them broken (kind of a "home court advantage").
