I hereby declare Don Rogers officially deceased

Post by Tdarcos » Fri Sep 07, 2012 5:17 pm

His last broadcast was July 16, and has been off the air for nearly 60 days.

"He's dead, Jim" - Not actually used on Star Trek:TOS

It's the future of radio, all right: dead air!

Seems more like exhumed. You don't need an engineer to retool this rotting corpse, you need a grave robber! There's more life right now in Michael Jackson - after all, he played a zombie in Thriller - than there ever was or will be in this embalmed pile of carrion.

But let me play devil's advocate as you attempt to resurrect this abomination from the depths of hell where it has sank, what will be new and different from the old, tired and worn-out format it was previously incarnated as? And on what schedule will this reanimated abortion be presented ?

As Tdarcos was a frequent guest on the Don Roger's show, I'm genuinely unsure if he is making a badly phrased passive aggressive dig at himself or is mocking Pinback because he is anxious to re-enter the hearts and minds of Americans by reciting horribly unflattering personal anecdotes.

Nope, I'm just mocking Pinback, because... because... well, because he's Pinback, just like everyone mocks Zoidberg on Futurama because he's Zoidberg.

Mostly I was trying to tie in puns related to death since the show definitely is.

Now that Rush is going into the rock and roll HOF, will Don Rogers come back on the air?

Now that you have software to capture gameplay does this mean that Don Rogers will be doing a video review series?
