ACK Mega Patch v0.5

Features in this release:

o  Added extended hook to DRAW macro command to allow additional 
   tilesets for the alternate/animation set to be loaded on-the-fly.
   [contributed by BlueTemplar]

o  Added hack to LOOK command to allow objects whose names start
   with particular codes to be reported with 'fake names' to the
   player.  This allows them to be distinguishable in the editor,
   but when the player looks at an object they see 'FLOOR' instead
   of 'FLOOR W/TRAP', for example.

o  Added hack to GET; objects with weight of exactly 9999 cannot be
   picked up by the player.
