Fallacy of Dawn 1.06

There was a problem with how the two bars were being displayed that I finally fixed. I also included the latest Hugor, and a config file.

Can someone who has not played it on their current computer download this and click on dawn.exe?

EDIT:

It should start in full screen. If you can give me a screenshot of how it looks after you hit any key and the thing displays the first graphics, that would really be great and useful and awesome.

If it looks OK I am going to upload it to the archive and then make specific Linux and Mac archives.

I added a bigger margin to the dawn.cfg file and renamed the AppName variable for dawn.cfg to be "dawn", which is the name of the story file.

So hopefully this still works on Windows:

Also... for a preview of what my new games page will look like when I launch it officially, you can go to:

That's odd that it does that second image of the text. You might want to try the game with the Mac version of Hugor, which can be gotten here:

For sure, just thought Robb might be interested in what's happening on other platforms.

Is Hugor considered the default game runner these days?

Yeah, if someone is on Windows, Mac, or Linux, Hugor is pretty much the way to go*... although there's also code in Roodylib so games look as nice as possible in Gargoyle, too (although it's not recommended for games that use color, graphics, or sound).

* I mean, for Windows, the official interpreter is mostly fine, but I prefer Hugor's straight-out-of-the-box look and it has several nice features not found in the official 'terp, like screen display options and writing transcripts in a way that'll work with mapping programs like Trizbort. Also, it even handles videos better than the official 'terp- even if it's hard to find games that use videos.
