Happy Birthday, Paul!

Here's to at least a few more happy, healthy years! Well, a few more years, anyway.
Above all else... We shall go on... And continue!

Thank you all for remembering. And like an altar boy at a Catholic Church, I am deeply touched.

I'm not sure what's wrong but on top of my knee problems - which is why I'm unable to walk or stand - I'm getting leg cramps. I normally eat a couple of bananas each day as I'm aware I've had potassium shortage going back to childhood. I looked on the Internet and the recommendation was also add magnesium so I bought a jar, it's cherry flavored and you pour a scoop of it - probably equivalent to two tablespoons - in hot water and drink like tea. I've been doing this for a couple days so I can't tell if it's helping yet. I also tried a tube of Icy Hot cream which claims to help leg cramps but has apparently not done anything.

Fuck, that sounds delicious. Do you have a link to the magnesium? I assume I am lacking that too. I'll buy some and we can be tea buddies!

Sorry to hear about the cramps, Paul. That's no fun. The only other advice I've been given is to drink more water.

Regardless, happy belated birthday! Here's to many, or at least one, more!

$14.99 for an 8 ounce jar, good for about 57 one-scoop servings, literally across the street at Whole Foods Market.

Great, now all we need is for somebody to follow Paul into a Whole Foods and report back to the rest of us. Whatever is going on here in this thread is the reason Flack swept us this year. I'm dead in the water so I'm giving you clowns until mid January to get your shit together or I'm calling 2019 for Flack as well. Eat a dick.

Sounds like someone needs to add a little MAGNESIUM MAGIC to his diet!
