If you're a fan of this forum, you know that Loco Moco is the Hawaiian dish consisting of rice, hamburger patty, fried eggs and brown gravy.

I took that and modified it to represent my new locality. I replaced the hamburger with [url="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goetta"]goetta[/url] and replaced the brown gravy with [url="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cincinnati_chili"]Cincinnati chili[/url]. I present to you, the CINTI MOCO:
