Yeah the water is be clincher here. You know the only cool thing about "It's a Small World"? Being in fucking boat floating in rooms filled water, that's what.

If I owned my own waterslide I'd just sit at the top by the jets listening to that therapeutic white noise blasting, have a stiff drink and a smoke.. then weeeeeeeee and repeat until time to eat peanut butter crackers or something.

Water slides are better than roller coasters because of the water, water feels nice and is fun to be in.

None of these are reasons water slides are better than coasters. Do any of you have any actual arguments, other than "it's funny to watch people wipe out on water slides"?

Not government regulated, water slides win again.

Two of those accidents are the slider's fault entirely: how's it possible to be such an idiot as to slide down into an empty pool or not notice bars across the slide.

I was shocked to learn that those things aren't really regulated very well, not even in the US which is the global king of regulating how we build stuff. They arrested the designer of one of the slides that recently killed a kid but why the hell didn't someone catch the problem ahead of time. I mean, you have to have a building inspector check off on whether the garage you're building in your yard fits code but how is it there's not strict regulation on these things? If anything deserves a strict building code enforced by engineers who know what they're doing, it's these dangerous monstrosities.

You're more likely to shit yourself laughing at someone else taking one of those dives while you wait in line than experiencing one yourself, water slides win again.

Is there a Water Slide Tycoon game??

How is that possible. Sell me on the superiority of a waterslide over an artistically-designed, well-built coaster.

Sorry man but Billy Mays is right. Waterslides are one of the most wonderful things in the world. If I was stupid rich I'd have one in my backyard way before a roller coaster.

I like all types of slides but one of my favorites has always been the old style made out of concrete that wind down a hill which are becoming more and more rare.

Respectfully disagree, though I would have no qualms with ICJ opting to because a coaster enthusiast instead.

Water slides are better than roller coasters in exactly zero ways.

YOUR THOUGHTS?

You may think that this is just another one of my bits going predictably wrong but in actuality it is the most truthful I have ever been with this group. Water slides are the best thing life has to offer and your viable window for enjoying them is closing with the passing of every NFL season. Don't look back on these years wishing you had taken my advice, take you family and start hitting up water parks.

I refuse to believe you voted for Trump and dislike contact sports.

We're all friends here. Give us a little red meat, Billy.

This is why I keep emphasizing water parks.

In Cyberball if you didn't protect the QB, guess what, he FUCKIN' EXPLODED.

If your QB explodes, THAT'S ON YOU, don't go crying to the robot ref.

It's fucking unwatchable if they keep doing this. And guess what, the 49ers' quarterbacl tore a ligament and is gone for the year anyway. IF ONLY THEY WERE PROTECTED FROM MOVING!
