If you're looking for a list of places to hit, I can get one.

OH -- if you have a couple of hours to kill, go see STARTUP at the museum. They have, among other things, a PDP-11 that you can play Space War on, an Apple I, and a whole bunch of Microsoft memorabilia. If you hate it I will refund you the admission price.

Consider this "wizard mode." Also, I will not suffer insults from your kind. Your type.

everybody knows guys are better at pool, bowling, and pinball when drinking, fuckhead. Fail.

Item! White Water was missing a pinball. They also have Congo, but the DMD is garbled. Fish Tales is fun!! Got a replay on that one.

All right, ha ha, very good. Paul, quit posting in this thread.

It's probably not people friendly either. Wasn't his last place right on the ocean near a cliff to make it easier to throw unwanted visitors over the edge? His video was so bad it's hard to tell.

Based on what I found online, the museum is not dog-friendly but at least two of the local bowling alleys are.

Unfortunately we visited the STARTUP exhibit with the kids and I wasn't able to spend as much time there as I wanted, but it was pretty darn awesome.

The pictures I took start on page 8 of this album and go through page 10 -- if you don't make it out to the museum, feel free to use anything found here:

Holy shit! This is perfect. Should get some great photos of games I MEAN TREASURE CHESTS for the next game.

Thanks, Flack. You are very helpful, unlike Pinback who is trying to keep me at his dog museum for 23 hours a day.

Lol. There's like four machines, one of them is off, and the flippers don't work on two of the other ones.

The bar has some good beer though.

by pinback » Mon May 06, 2013 1:47 pm

Not 100% sure that's gonna work. Maybe go, play one pin, come back, and go play a second pin a few hours later!

by ICJ » Mon May 06, 2013 1:39 pm

12-14 hours at once. Why?

by pinback » Mon May 06, 2013 12:21 pm

How long do you plan to be out of the house for each of these adventures?

by Flack » Mon May 06, 2013 12:08 pm

I still need to hit Cactus Jack's, which has been converted into a pinball hall and apparently has 20-30 machines so far. FULL REPORT NEXT WEEKEND.

Also, I have several friends in ABQ who are retro gamers -- if you're looking for a list of places to hit, I can get one.
